Expansion Phase Overview

Thailand Science Park Phase II comprises 4 inter-connected towers with a total floor area of 127,000 sq.m. Designed to create a conducive environment under the concept of “Work-Life Integration”. The buildings provide superb facilities for R&D-focused companies with well balance for quality-of-life environment. There are designated areas for laboratories requiring vibration control and special preparation, as well as specific areas for equipment needing extra floor loading. The Thailand Science Park Phase II is schedule for completion in 2010.
